Shakespeare in the Parks

Full Schedule Bard in the Backcountry -MSIP Doc

Since 1973, Shakespeare in the Parks has brought free, professional productions of Shakespeare and other classics to mostly rural and underserved communities. All performances are offered at no cost in local parks and public spaces, making them accessible to all.

For the first time in MSIP's 46 years, we'll present the tragedy of Othello. Directed by Kevin Asselin and opening on June 13, you'll experience deceit, jealousy, and rage. Bring a picnic, a blanket, or a chair for a gorgeous night of theater under the Big Sky. As always, it's "Free...Every Summer."

Love's Labour's Lost

When the King of Navarre and his companions swear off love for three years, will they succeed once they encounter the Princess of France and her ladies?

What do you think? Love's Labour's Lost will be directed by Guest Director Steve Cardamone and will bring a night of light and love to our audiences.
